Welcome to the official website of Vekazx Language Institute. By using this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Our commitment to elite linguistic training requires a reciprocal commitment from the student. Enrollment in our courses (whether online or at our Medan campus) implies adherence to our behavioral and academic integrity policies.

Detailed syllabus requirements and individual course participation rules are provided upon registration. It is the student's responsibility to maintain the technical requirements (internet speed, hardware compatibility) for digital course delivery.

Registration & Tuition
All course fees are payable in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated. Formal enrollment is only confirmed upon receipt of the non-refundable registration fee.
Refund Policy
Requests for tuition withdrawal must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds are processed on a pro-rata basis minus administrative fees, provided the request is made at least seven (7) business days before course commencement.
Ownership
All curriculum materials, proprietary methodologies, and media assets are the exclusive property of Vekazx Language Institute.
Usage
Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use course materials for personal study and professional development only.
Restriction
Modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any site content without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Brand Protection
The "Vekazx" name and logo are registered trademarks; unauthorized use for endorsement or advertisement is forbidden.
Intellectual Assets
Protecting the methodologies and materials that define our elite training standards.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Vekazx Language Institute be liable for any special, direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the service or the contents of the service.
Governing Law: These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of North Sumatra, Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
